Colleen Harris, DMD, earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with an emphasis in biomedical sciences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She then achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine – Illinois in the suburbs of Chicago, graduating at the top of her class. Dr. Harris spent three years practicing dentistry in Colorado Springs prior to fulfilling a lifelong dream of relocating to Summit County. Dr. Harris is thrilled to join the Ten Mile Dental team and is eager to establish herself as a dedicated member of the local community.

Dr. Harris is committed to lifelong learning in all areas of general dentistry, as she is continually studying advanced techniques and furthering her education to best care for her patients. While Dr. Harris enjoys comprehensive, patient-centered treatment planning, providing meticulous conservative and esthetic restorative dentistry is her passion. Dr. Harris believes educating patients about their oral health not only empowers informed decision-making regarding dental care, it creates a meaningful foundation to improve treatment outcomes and inspires self-confidence.

Aside from dentistry, Dr. Harris enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. As a Wisconsin native, water sports such as swimming, water skiing, and wake surfing are second nature to her. She grew up learning to ski at Breckenridge at the age of five. To this day, she enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring all of Colorado’s mountain ranges. She and her husband, Ryan – a native of Colorado, are thrilled to work and live in Summit County.
