This membership plan is not dental insurance. It is a direct-to-patient savings plan offered exclusively by Ten Mile Dental and is only valid for services provided at our office. It cannot be used at any other dental practice or specialist office. This membership does not qualify as a health plan under the Affordable Care Act, does not meet minimum essential coverage requirements, and does not involve claims processing, third-party reimbursement, or coordination of benefits.

Each TMS membership plan is tailored for your dental needs. The Adult Prophy plan is best for most people. The Perio plan is recommended for members who require ongoing gum disease management, deep cleanings, and frequent maintenance visits.

This membership plan cannot be combined with any other dental coverage. Patients with active dental insurance, discount plans, or third-party benefits are not eligible to enroll. If other coverage is obtained during the membership period, plan benefits will be suspended, and any previously paid membership fees will not be refunded.

No, because a membership plan is not like traditional insurance. You can sign up whenever, and your benefits start immediately. You are covered for one year from the start of your plan. No deductibles, annual maximums or pre-approvals required. This membership plan does not satisfy the minimum essential coverage standards for health insurance.
